  • John Ruskin (8 February 1819 – 20 January 1900) was an English art critic and social thinker, also remembered as a poet and artist. His essays on art and architecture were extremely influential in the Victorian and Edwardian eras. Ruskin first came to widespread attention for his support for the work of J. M. W. Turner and his defence of naturalism in art. He subsequently put his weight behind the Pre-Raphaelite movement.

  • "Geki" was the racing pseudonym of Giacomo Russo (October 23, 1937 in Milan – June 18, 1967 at Caserta), who was a racing driver from Italy. A talented driver in the Italian lower formulae, he also participated in 3 Formula One Italian Grands Prix from 1964-66, failing to qualify for the 1964 race, driving a Brabham for Rob Walker. For his two Grand Prix starts, he drove for Team Lotus. He scored no championship points.

  • Hells Angels on Wheels is a 1967 American cult film starring Jack Nicholson, Adam Roarke, and Sabrina Scharf. Jack Starrett appears as Sgt. Bingham. This film was directed by Richard Rush. Adam Roarke starred in several other motorcycle films of the era. Sabrina Scharf later played the role of a Sara, one of the girls at the commune, in the film Easy Rider.

  • The Stade de Suisse Wankdorf is a football stadium in Bern, Switzerland. It is the home ground of the Swiss football team BSC Young Boys, and is currently the second biggest all-seater football stadium in Switzerland. The Wankdorf was one of the venues for Euro 2008.

  • Social bandit or social crime is a term invented by the historian Eric Hobsbawm in his 1965 classic study of popular forms of resistance, Primitive Rebels. He further expanded the field in the 1969 study, Bandits. Social banditry is a widespread phenomenon known in many societies and some argue that it still exists in remote areas and on high seas. Later social scientists have also discussed the term's applicability to more modern forms of crime, like street crime and the drug economy.

  • The 2010 UEFA Champions League Final is a football match scheduled to be played on Saturday, 22 May 2010. It will be the 18th final of the UEFA Champions League under the current format and the 55th in total. The game will be played at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid. In November 2007, it was decided that the 2010 final would be the first Champions League final to be played on a Saturday, rather than the traditional Wednesday.
  • Los Amigos del Beta Bandidos (Translated to 'The Friends of the Beta Bandits' in English) is the third release by The Beta Band, released in 1998. All the tracks from the EP were later included on the compilation The Three E.P. 's along with Champion Versions and The Patty Patty Sound.

  • Gudesens Conditori was a lifestyle programme shown on TV 2 from 1993 to 1995 presented by Egil Svartdahl. Gudesens Conditori was a studio-based television programme where Svartdahl invited guests to the studio for conversations/interviews on faith, religion and life. The studio was made up as a traditional Norwegian bakers, with serving of coffee and baked goods to the guests.
  • Lubieniec is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mełgiew, within Świdnik County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Mełgiew, 9 km (6 mi) north-east of Świdnik, and 18 km (11 mi) east of the regional capital Lublin.
  • The Blue Angels Motorcycle Club (BAMC) is a one-percenter motorcycle club that was formed by Tommy Howells, Lenny Reynolds and Alan Morrison in Glasgow, Scotland in 1963.   • The Vagos Motorcycle Club, also known as the Green Nation, is a one-percenter motorcycle gang that was formed in San Bernardino, California during the 1960's. The club's insignia is Loki, the Norse god of mischief, riding a motorcycle and members commonly wear green.
  • The Breed Motorcycle Club is a one-percenter motorcycle gang that was formed 65 miles northeast of Philadelphia in Asbury Park, New Jersey in 1968. It was at one time one of the most powerful and feared biker gangs in the Northeastern United States, with a number of chapters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
  • The Free Souls Motorcycle Club is a one-percenter motorcycle gang that was formed in Eugene, Oregon in 1968. The club has over 100 members and there are a number of club chapters throughout the U.S. state of Oregon and a single chapter in Vancouver, Washington. The club's insignia is an ankh, the ancient Egyptian symbol of eternal life, and their "colors" are blue and white.
  • The Gypsy Joker Motorcycle Club (GJMC), or the Gypsy Jokers as they are called in Australia, are an outlaw motorcycle club that was originally formed in San Francisco, California on April Fool's Day, 1956. They are one of the most notorious and violent motorcycle gangs in both the US and in Australia. They were forced out of San Francisco by the Hells Angels, however, and they relocated to Oregon and Washington in 1967, taking up temporary residence in Lincoln City, Oregon.
  • The Rebels Motorcycle Club is an outlaw motorcycle club in Australia with around 70 chapters and 2,000 members nation-wide. This makes them the largest club in the country. It was founded by Clint Jacks in Brisbane, Queensland in 1969 and was originally named the "Confederates". Their insignia is a Confederate flag with a cap-wearing skull and 1% patch in the centre.
