Søren Berg is a Danish professional football player who currently plays as a striker or right winger for Randers FC in the Danish Superliga. He has twice been selected for the Denmark national football team.

He is best known for his role as Kevin Arnold in the television series The Wonder Years. In later years, he has directed and produced numerous episodes of children's programs, such as Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, Hannah Montana, and Phil of the Future, as well as the primetime series Ugly Betty and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. He has also appeared in Family Guy.
Judit Polgár (born July 23, 1976) is a Hungarian chess grandmaster. She is by far the strongest female chess player in history. In 1991, she achieved the title of Grandmaster (GM) at the age of 15 years and 4 months. She was, at that time, the youngest person ever to do so. Polgár is ranked number 51 in the world on the March 2010 FIDE rating list with an Elo rating of 2682, the only woman on FIDE's Top 100 Players list, and has been ranked as high as eighth.
Nawaf al-Hazmi was one of five terrorists named by FBI as hijackers of American Airlines flight 77, which was crashed into the Pentagon in the September 11 attack. He was initially dismissed as a "muscle hijacker" following the attacks, but was later revealed to have played a larger role in the operational planning than previously believed. His younger brother, Salem al-Hazmi, was another hijacker aboard the same flight.
Stevana "Stevie" Case (born September 7, 1976) is a recognized figure from the video game industry. She is noted for being one of the first well-known female gamers. Case has had several roles in the industry, from the first female professional gamer at the Cyberathlete Professional League to level designer to vice president of development. Case gained repute for defeating Quake-designer John Romero in a Quake deathmatch.
Jochem Simon Uytdehaage (born 9 July 1976 in Utrecht) is a former Dutch long track speed skater and two-time Olympic champion. He retired in 2007 at the age of 30, following two consecutive seasons of poor results.
Renate Groenewold (born October 8, 1976 in Veendam, The Netherlands) is a Dutch long track speed skater and road bicycle racer. Groenewold has won several Dutch Championships. In 1999, 2002 and 2003 she won the Dutch allround championship. On the European Allround Championships she has won various medals. 5 times she came in third in the overall ranking. In 2005 she won the silver medal which was her best result at the European Allround Championships.
Gretha Smit (born January 20, 1976 in Rouveen) is a Dutch speed skater. Smit won a surprising silver medal in the 2002 Winter Olympics in the 5000 meter event. She skated a world record broken in a later pair by Claudia Pechstein. Prior to that season, she had not competed in long track speed skating competitions for several years, and had only taken up practice again shortly before the Dutch trials in late 2001. However, she had been a very successful marathon skater in the years before 2002.
Lindsay Ann Davenport is a former World No. 1 American professional tennis player. She has won three Grand Slam singles tournaments and an Olympic gold medal in singles. In 2005, TENNIS Magazine ranked her as the 29th-best player of the preceding forty years. She is one of only four women since 1975 who has been the year-end World No. 1 at least four times. Davenport finished 1998, 2001, 2004, and 2005 as the top ranked player.
Rob Malda (born May 10, 1976), also known as CmdrTaco, is the founder of the website Slashdot. He is a graduate of Hope College and Holland Christian High School. His moniker originates in the Dave Barry book '; 'Commander Taco' is the final entry in a list of bad restaurants for business lunches. In 1997 Rob Malda and Jeff Bates created Slashdot while undergraduates of Hope College. After running the site for two years "on a shoestring", they sold the site to Andover.
Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima (born 22 September 1976), commonly known as Ronaldo, is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays for Corinthians and was one of the most prolific scorers in the 1990s and in the early 21st century. Ronaldo won his first Ballon d'Or as the European Footballer of the Year in 1997 and again in 2002. He is also one of only two men to have won the FIFA Player of the Year award three times, along with French footballer Zinedine Zidane.
