This is a list of current and previous Royal Australian Air Force bases. The air force also owns and maintains "bare bases" in remote areas of Australia. These bases have runways and buildings, but only a caretaker staff. They are generally only used for exercises as there are no units permanently based there.

For other uses, see Meitav. Meitav is a military unit created in May 2006 by merging the Bakum (בסיס קליטה ומיון, Bsis Klita UMiyun lit. Reception and Sorting Base) and the Minhag (מנהל הגיוס, Minhal HaGiyus, lit. Recruitment Administration). In practice, it is a military base where new Israel Defense Forces recruits are sorted in to their respective corps or basic training bases.
Tzrifin is an area in Gush Dan (Dan Region) in central Israel, located on the eastern side of Rishon LeZion and including parts of Be'er Ya'akov. The area proper is defined as an 'area without jurisdiction' between the two cities. Nearly the entire area of Tzrifin proper is taken up by the central Israel Defence Forces base, Camp Yigael Yadin (a.k.a. Camp Tzrifin, Camp 782), with which it is synonymous, even though the base also spills into Rishon LeZion and Be'er Ya'akov.
Bahad 4, commonly known as Batar Zikim (בט"ר זיקים, lit. Zikim Training Base) is a training base belonging to the Israel Defense Forces. Zikim is located 8 km south of Ashkelon. It was named after the nearby kibbutz Zikim. The majority of new recruits in Zikim pass the Rifleman 02 recruit training which has all but replaced the older 00 level that was usually reserved for non-combat woman recruits.
Biranit is a military base in northern Israel. It is the headquarters of the Galilee Division of the Israel Defense Forces, and is located around a kilometre from the Lebanese border between Sasa and Netu'a. The site was originally planned to become a village centre as part of Operation Sof Sof to increase Jewish presence in the Galilee in the 1960s. In 1964 a Nahal settlement was established in the area. It was civilianised in 1967, but did not become a village.

HaKirya, or The Kirya, is an area in central Tel Aviv, containing various government structures, including the major Israel Defense Forces base, Camp Rabin, named for Yitzhak Rabin. It was one of the first IDF bases and has served as the IDF headquarters since its founding in 1948.

The group's current line-up is Anthony Kearns, Finbar Wright, and Karl Scully. Bill Hughes formed the idea of a trio of Irish tenors during a Cannes festival at which the famous Three Tenors, Luciano Pavarotti, Jose Carreras and Placido Domingo were performing.
