  • Social Circle is a village in Walton and Newton counties in the U.S. state of Georgia. The population was 3,380 at the 2000 census. The village was named in or around 1826, and incorporated in 1832; the name formed when a few people were sitting on the well in the middle of the town square eating lunch and talking and someone commented that it was a very social circle. This etymology is depicted on the town well.
  • Inishbiggle (Inis Bigil in Irish) is a small inhabited island off the coast of County Mayo in Ireland. Its name in Irish means "Island of the Fasting. " The island is situated between the northeast of Achill Island and the mainland, and is accessed by boat from either Doran's point at Ballycroy or Bullsmouth, Dooniver on Achill. Access is also afforded by a fully illuminated helipad, this is in place to afford emergency access. The island is 2½ km x 1½ km, or 650 acres (2.6 km) in area.
