  Coronation Street (colloquially known as Corrie, Corror or The Street) is a British prime-time soap opera set in the fictional town of Weatherfield, four miles in either direction from the city of Manchester. Created by Tony Warren, Coronation Street is the longest running and most watched British soap opera.
