  Belle & Sebastian are an indie pop band formed in Glasgow in January 1996. They are one of the best-known Scottish bands and are one of the most celebrated groups of the 1990s. Belle & Sebastian are often compared to influential indie bands such as The Smiths, as well as classic acts such as Love, Bob Dylan and Nick Drake.   Collected Cases of Injustice Rectified or Washing away of wrongs is a Chinese book written by Song Ci in 1247 during the Song Dynasty (960-1276). The author combined many historical cases of forensic science with his own experiences and wrote the book with an eye to avoiding injustice.   Cathedral Plaza is an unfinished class A office building in Bucharest. It has 19 floors and a surface of 23,000 m. The building would have had 250 underground parking spaces. The project was suspended indefinitely in 2008, after Sector 1 City Hall cancelled the construction authorization, on grounds that the building might jeopardize the nearby cathedral.   Briggs Swift Cunningham II (January 19, 1907 - July 2, 2003) was an American sportsman who raced cars and yachts. He was a racing car constructor, driver and team owner; also a sports car manufacturer and automobile collector. He skippered the victorious yacht Columbia in the 1958 America's Cup race, and invented the eponymous device, the Cunningham, for increasing the speed of racing sailboats. He featured on the April 26, 1954 cover of Time magazine, with three of his Cunningham racing cars.
