Terrorism is the systematic use of terror especially as a means of coercion. At present, the International community has been unable to formulate a universally agreed, legally binding, criminal law definition of terrorism. Common definitions of terrorism refer only to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for an ideological goal (as opposed to a lone attack), and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (civilians).
The Bank of Korea (BOK) is the central bank of South Korea. It was established in 1950 at Seoul. The Bank's primary goal is price stability. For that, the Bank targets inflation. The 2007–09 target is three-year average consumer price inflation of 3.0% ± 0.5.
Pierre II de Luxembourg (1440-25 Oct 1482), Count of Saint-Pol, of Brienne, Marle and Soissons, was the second eldest son of Louis de Luxembourg, Count of Saint-Pol and Jeanne de Bar, Countess of Marle and Soissons. He married Marguerite of Savoy sometime after 29 January 1464. Their five children included Marie de Luxembourg, who married François de Bourbon, Count of Vendôme.
