  Yuri Razguliaiev (born March 20, 1973) is a Latvian ice dancer who has competed internationally for the Soviet Union, Uzbekistan, Japan, and for his native Latvia. He won the 1991 World Junior Figure Skating Championships with partner Aliki Stergiadu for the Soviet Union. Following the dissolution of that country, he and Stergiadu competed for Uzbekistan.
