Michél Sinda Mazingu-Dinzey (born 15 October 1972) is a retired Congolese football player. He played for several clubs in Germany, including Hertha BSC, 1860 München, Hannover 96 and Eintracht Braunschweig. He was part of the Congolese 2004 African Nations Cup team, that finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals.
