  Lignin or lignen is a complex chemical compound most commonly derived from wood, and an integral part of the secondary cell walls of plants and some algae. The term was introduced in 1819 by de Candolle and is derived from the Latin word lignum, meaning wood. It is one of the most abundant organic polymers on Earth, exceeded only by cellulose, employing 30% of non-fossil organic carbon and constituting from a quarter to a third of the dry mass of wood.

  Sumerpur (सुमेरपुर) is a town in south part of Pali District of Rajasthan state in India. The town is headquarters of the Sumerpur tehsil. Sumerpur lies north of the Jawai River and is an important agriculture mandi of Pali, Sirohi and Jalore districts. Sumerpur is one of the oldest industrial hub of South Rajasthan. •  Arnold Plumer

  Arnold Plumer (June 6, 1801 – April 28, 1869) was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania. Arnold Plumer was born near Cooperstown, Pennsylvania. He was privately tutored at home and completed preparatory studies. He served as sheriff of Venango County, Pennsylvania, in 1823 and prothonotary of the county in 1829 and clerk of the courts and recorder from 1830 to 1836. Plumer was elected as a Democrat to the Twenty-fifth Congress.
