Summary

The Hurting é o primeiro álbum lançado pela banda Tears for Fears. Foi finalizado em 25 de março de 1983. O sucesso veio com o terceiro single "Mad World" que atingiu o Top 3 no Reino Unido em dezembro de 1982. "The Hurting" foi lançado em março de 1983. Para este disco, o tecladista Ian Stanley e o baterista Manny Elias foram integrados à banda. O álbum tem uma sonoridade extremamente eletrônica e contém letras que remetem a triste infância de Orzabal. More information...
