Max Horkheimer (February 14, 1895 – July 7, 1973) was a German philosopher-sociologist, famous for his work in critical theory as a member of the 'Frankfurt School' of social research. His most important works include The Eclipse of Reason (1947) and, in collaboration with Theodor Adorno, The Dialectic of Enlightenment (1947). Through the Frankfurt School, Horkheimer planned, supported and made other significant works possible.

2:30 AM, CBS reports that a car packed with explosives has been stopped on the George Washington Bridge. The New Jersey police claim there were enough explosives to destroy the entire bridge. Apparently the FBI has denied the report. According to a later report, three men have been arrested but there were no explosives involved. They were arrested because they had been seen celebrating the attack.
Space science is an all-encompassing term that describes all of the various science fields that are concerned with the study of the Universe, generally also meaning "excluding the Earth" and "outside of the Earth's atmosphere". Originally, all of these fields were considered part of astronomy. However, in recent years the major sub-fields within astronomy, such as astrophysics, have grown so large that they are now considered separate fields on their own.
Terrestrial Time (TT) is a modern astronomical time standard defined by the International Astronomical Union, primarily for time-measurements of astronomical observations made from the surface of the Earth. For example, the Astronomical Almanac uses TT for its tables of positions of the Sun, Moon and planets as seen from the Earth. In this role, TT continues Terrestrial Dynamical Time (TDT), which in turn succeeded ephemeris time (ET).

Interstate 135 (abbreviated I-135) is a 95.7 mile-long Interstate Highway in central and south-central Kansas, USA. I-135 runs between the cities of Salina and Wichita. The interstate's northern terminus is at the junction of Interstate 70 and its southern terminus is with Interstate 35. Until 1976, I-135 was designated as I-35W. It is the longest "spur" (3-digit number, first digit odd) in the Interstate system.
The Lincoln Handicap is a handicap horse race in Great Britain which is open to thoroughbreds aged four years or older. It is run at Doncaster over a straight distance of 1 mile (1,609 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in late March or early April. It is traditionally the feature event on the opening weekend of the British turf flat racing season. The race was originally held at Lincoln, and the earliest version was called the Lincoln Spring Handicap.
