  • The English Civil War (1641–1651) was a series of armed conflicts and political machinations between Parliamentarians and Royalists.   • Pride’s Purge is an event in December 1648, during the Second English Civil War, when troops under the command of Colonel Thomas Pride forcibly removed from the Long Parliament all those who were not supporters of the Grandees in the New Model Army and the Independents. It is arguably the only military coup d'état in English history.

  • The Rump Parliament was the name of the English Parliament after Colonel Pride purged the Long Parliament on 6 December 1648 of those members hostile to the Grandees' intention to try King Charles I for high treason. "Rump" normally means the hind end of an animal; its use meaning "remnant" was first recorded in the above context. Since 1649, the term "rump parliament" has been used to refer to any parliament left over from the actual legitimate parliament.

  • Dragobraća is a settlement located in the Stanovo municipality, in the Šumadija District of Serbia. The population of the village is 845 (2002 census), most of whom are ethnic Serbs.
  • HNK Šibenik is a Croatian football club based in the city of Šibenik on the Croatian coast. The club was formed in 1932. In 2006 the club finished first in the Croatian Second League's southern division and was promoted to the Prva HNL. The club also played in Croatian first League between 1992-2003 during 12 seasons.
