  • Pir Muhammad (c. 1374 - 22 February 1407) was a grandson and appointed successor of Timur. He was the son of Jahangir. In 1392 he received the governorship of Qandahar. His territory extended from the lands west of the Hindu Kush to the Indus River. In the fall of 1397 he led the first wave of Timurids into India, and was invested with the rulership of Multan. On his deathbed, Timur named Pir Muhammad as his successor.

  • Makhdoom Ali Mahimi (1372–1431) was a Sufi Saint from the Konkan in India, widely acknowledged for his scholarly treatises, liberal views and humanist ideals. Mahimi was born into a family of Arab travellers who had settled down on the island of Mahim, one of the seven islands that later formed the city of Bombay. Not much is known of his early childhood. He later became the disciple of Mohiuddin Ibne Arabi, a Spanish Muslim saint.

  • Elisabeth of Pilica (1372-1420) was Queen consort of Poland and Grand Duchess of Lithuania (1417-1420) as the third wife of Jogaila (or Władysław II Jagiełło) who was Grand Duke of Lithuania and King of Poland, reigning 1387 to 1434. She was the only child of Voivode of Sandomierz Otton of Pilica and Jadwiga Melsztyńska (godmother of king Jagiełło). When her father died in 1384 she inherited his vast estates, which included Pilica and Łańcut.
