•  Princess Pingyang

  Princess Píngyáng, formally Princess Zhao of Pingyang (平陽昭公主) (d. 623), was the daughter of Emperor Gaozu of Tang (Li Yuan), the founding emperor of the Tang Dynasty. She helped him to seize power and eventually take over the throne from Sui Dynasty by organizing an "Army of the Lady" (娘子軍), commanded by herself, in his campaign to capture the Sui capital Chang'an.

  Fergnae or Fergno Britt mac Faílbi was the fourth abbot of Iona (605-623). Fergnae was the first abbot of Iona to have come from outside Saint Columba's generation. Moreover, unlike his predecessors, he was not from the Cenél Conaill, the kin-group to which Columba belonged. Adomnán records that he witnessed one of Columba's miracles.   The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Sens is an Archdiocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic church in France. The Archdiocese comprises the entirety of the department of Yonne, in the Region of Bourgogne. Erected in the first century, as the Diocese of Senonensis, the diocese was elevated to an archdiocese in the third century.   Xu Yuanlang (徐圓朗) (died 623) was an agrarian rebel leader who rose against the rule of the Chinese dynasty Sui Dynasty late in the reign of Emperor Yang of Sui. After doing so, he did not initially claim any royal title, instead successively submitting nominally to Li Mi the Duke of Wei, Emperor Yang's grandson Yang Tong, Dou Jiande the Prince of Xia, and Tang Dynasty.

  Liu Heita (劉黑闥) (died 623) was an agrarian rebel leader during China's transition period from Sui Dynasty to Tang Dynasty, who initially successively served under Hao Xiaode (郝孝德), Li Mi, and Wang Shichong. He eventually followed Dou Jiande the Prince of Xia. After Dou was killed by Emperor Gaozu of Tang in 621 and his territory was taken by Tang, Liu rose to avenge Dou, and briefly recaptured Dou's territory, north of the Yellow River.

  For other uses of this name, see Agroecius. Agroecius or Agroetius was an ancient Gaul who was bishop of Sens. He was also a grammarian, and the author of an extant work in Latin, De Orthographia et Differentia Sermonis, intended as a supplement to a work on the same subject by Flavius Caper. It was composed around 450, and dedicated to the bishop Eucherius of Lyon, who apparently had earlier given Agroecius a copy of Caper's work. He is supposed to have lived in the middle of the 5th century.
