  • The Zendmasts of Ruiselede were eight 287 metre high guyed radio masts at Ruiselede, Belgium, built in 1923 for carrying an aerial for VLF transmission (nominal frequency 16.2kHz). Most of the masts were blown up by German troops in October 1940. The masts were designed by the Belgian engineer Arthur Vierendeel.
  • The Cloth Hall, of Ypres, Belgium, was one of the largest commercial buildings of the Middle Ages, when it served as the main market and warehouse for the Flemish city's prosperous cloth industry.   • The Oosterweelconnection is a construction project meant to complete the Antwerp Ring Road. Beheersmaatschappij Antwerpen Mobiel (Holding Company Antwerp Mobility - BAM) proposes to connect the Expressweg (E34) near Blokkersdijk via a toll tunnel (the Oosterweeltunnel) underneath the Scheldt, leading to a double deck bridge over the Straatsburgdok (Lange Wapperbrug) and connecting with the R1 Antwerp Ring Road at Merksem.
  • The Trappist Abbey of Westmalle or Abdij van Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van het Heilig Hart, which belongs to the Cistercians of Strict Observance, is located in Westmalle, in the Campine region of the province of Antwerp. The abbey was founded in 1794, but the community was not elevated to the rank of Trappist abbey until 22 April 1836. The abbey is famous for its spiritual life and its brewery, which is one of few Trappist beer breweries in the world.

It operated from August 29, 1935, until June 30, 1943. Reputed to have created more than 200,000 separate works, FAP artists created posters, murals and paintings.
