  There are several locations which people have claimed to be the tomb of Jesus: The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, accepted by most Christians and scholars as built on the ground (including the Hill of Calvary or Golgotha) on which Jesus was crucified and buried. The Garden Tomb, discovered in the 19th century outside of Jerusalem, is considered the actual site of Jesus' grave by some Christians. The Roza Bal shrine in Srinagar, Kashmir, a city that Jesus allegedly fled to after the crucifixion.

•  Roza Bal

  Roza Bal is the name of a shrine located in the Khanyar district of Srinagar, in Kashmir, India, venerated by some Muslims, Hindus and Buddhists. Some people identify the sage buried there with one Yuz Asaf, that is Jesus of Nazareth, whom they allege to have arrived in Kashmir after surviving his crucifixion. The tomb itself consists of a low rectangular building on a raised platform, surrounded by railings at the front.

  The Garden Tomb, located in Jerusalem, outside the city walls and close to the Damascus Gate, is considered by some to be the site of the burial and resurrection of Jesus, and to be adjacent to Golgotha, in contradistinction to the traditional site for these - the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. There is no mention of the Garden Tomb as the exact place of Jesus' burial before the 19th century.

•  Talpiot Tomb

  The Talpiot Tomb (or Talpiyot Tomb) is a tomb discovered in 1980 in the East Talpiot neighborhood, five kilometers south of the Old City of Jerusalem, Israel. It contained ten ossuaries, six of them with epigraphs, including one with the inscription that has been interpreted as "Jesus, son of Joseph", though this text is disputed. The tomb also yielded various human remains and several carvings.

  The Lost Tomb of Jesus is a documentary co-produced and first broadcast on the Discovery Channel and Vision TV in Canada on March 4, 2007 covering the discovery of the Talpiot Tomb.
