(unless otherwise noted), so anyone can access it and do interesting things.
Permissions beyond the scope of this license
are available.
If you need access to a considerable amount of data at once (say, to preprocess something, academic research etc.) PLEASE DO NOT HAMMER OUR SERVERS with crawlers. It's much easier to just contact us and ask for it. We'll be pleased to reply and find some way to provide you with the data.
Undiscriminate downloaders will have their IPs blocked.
